All returns require prior authorization.  Products manufactured or modified to order may not be returnable.  Products shipped from factory, such as Cramer seating or ladders, InterMetro shelving or carts, Lavi public guidance, and numerous other items are subject to policies of manufacturer.  Marked, damaged or used products shall be evaluated upon return and could possibly be unacceptable for credit.  Some products are subject to a restocking charge.  Call for authorization on all returns 1-800-332-1231.
